Guarantee

Our workmanship and materials guarantee is described on our Services page and is provided in full in your project agreement. The terms in that agreement control.

A moisture barrier is installed under every floor as a standard part of our system. Polyaspartic floor coatings installed with a moisture barrier are warranted against defects in workmanship and materials for the lifetime of the floor, subject to the exclusions below and to the terms of your project agreement.

The guarantee is void, or coverage may be excluded, where damage or coating failure results from: use of harsh acids, solvents, bleach, highly concentrated ammonia, abrasive powders, or other chemicals not approved for polyaspartic flooring; use of oil-based or incompatible cleaning products that damage, discolor, or leave a harmful residue on the coating; drilling, grinding, cutting, anchoring, penetrating, or otherwise altering the floor or substrate after installation; damage caused by impact, abuse, neglect, misuse, or accidents outside of ordinary use; any unauthorized modification, repair, or alteration to the coating or underlying substrate; or conditions or damage resulting from circumstances beyond the installer's control.

All guarantee claims are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Determination of coverage is based on the cause, extent, and circumstances of the reported damage or failure. Normal wear and tear, staining, scratching, and damage resulting from improper care or use are not considered coating defects.

The moisture barrier is part of the flooring system. Coverage remains subject to proper substrate conditions, moisture levels, installation requirements, and the exclusions stated above. Use of unapproved chemicals or cleaners, or any drilling, grinding, cutting, or other ground-altering work performed after installation, may result in the immediate loss of applicable coverage.

Intellectual property

The Black River Resin name, logo, and the content on this site belong to the business. You may not copy, reuse, or distribute them without our written permission.

Acceptable use

Please do not misuse this site. That includes attempts to break it, scrape it, overload it, or disrupt it for other visitors.
